Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of okmy.ai and the OKMY.AI tools and services that link to these terms. By using these services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

1. Services and scope

OKMY.AI provides website creation, document and media tools, AI-assisted features, and access to connected business services. Features and availability may vary. Separate services, including OKMY.SHOP, U.S. Agents, and ASCBuy, may have their own terms, pricing, and transaction rules. A shared OKMY.AI Google sign-in brand does not replace those separate agreements. A specific written agreement or checkout term governs its subject matter if it conflicts with these general terms, subject to applicable law.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter an agreement and, when acting for an organization, authorized to bind it. Provide accurate account information, safeguard access to your Google account and devices, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

3. Acceptable use

Use the services lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not upload unlawful content, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, impersonate others, distribute malicious software, send unauthorized spam, interfere with service operation, bypass access controls or usage limits, or use the service for fraud. Do not upload documents or personal information that you lack authority to process.

4. Your content and publishing

You retain your rights in the content you provide. You grant OKMY.AI permission to host, copy, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to provide the services you request, including processing by service providers and publication at your direction. This permission ends when the content is removed, except to the extent required for backups, legal obligations, or previously authorized distribution.

You are responsible for checking your content before publishing or sending it, obtaining necessary permissions, and keeping appropriate backups. Public websites and shared files may be viewed, copied, or indexed by others. You are responsible for your business’s products, customer notices, transactions, taxes, and legal compliance.

5. AI output and document tools

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, non-unique, or unsuitable for your purpose. Review and verify it before relying on it. You are responsible for checking factual statements, intellectual property rights, document formatting, and legal requirements. Use of a document, signature, or form tool does not by itself guarantee that a document is enforceable, properly executed, or accepted by a recipient or agency. The services do not replace qualified legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

6. Paid features, subscriptions, and refunds

If you purchase a paid feature, the price, billing interval, applicable fees, and renewal or cancellation terms presented at checkout apply. You authorize charges you agree to at checkout. Manage cancellation through the applicable account or payment settings, or contact support if assistance is needed. Refund eligibility follows the disclosed purchase terms and applicable law. These general terms do not impose a separate blanket no-refund rule or remove mandatory consumer rights.

7. Third-party services

Google authentication, payment providers, hosting platforms, AI providers, domain registrars, and other integrations may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices. We do not control their availability or independent actions. Connecting a third-party service authorizes the data exchange needed for the requested feature, as explained by the relevant consent and privacy information.

8. Our intellectual property

OKMY.AI and its licensors retain rights in the platform, software, branding, and materials they provide. These terms allow you to use available features for their intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership of the platform or authorize use of our trademarks in a manner that suggests an unauthorized affiliation.

9. Availability, suspension, and termination

We may change or discontinue features and may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address violations, security threats, nonpayment, or legal requirements. We will provide notice when appropriate and legally required. You may stop using the services at any time and request account deletion through support. Termination does not eliminate amounts already owed or obligations that reasonably continue afterward.

10. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, error-free output, sales, income, search ranking, or a particular business outcome. We do not exclude warranties or rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, OKMY.AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the services, including lost profits or opportunities. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited, or removes mandatory consumer remedies.

11. Privacy and disputes

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. If a problem arises, contact support with the relevant service and details so we can work toward a resolution. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, or a restriction on rights or courts available under applicable law.

12. Changes and contact

We may revise these terms and will update the effective date. Material changes will receive additional notice where required. Changes apply prospectively, subject to applicable law and existing purchase agreements. For questions, support, or account requests, email hey@okmy.ai.
